(GUITARS / LAP STEEL / DRUMS / VOCALS)

Started playing music when he was five years old. Formally trained on piano, tuba, and upright bass, he picked up guitar on his own, and started playing slide guitar at age fifteen. Well known in his native Midwest, Lee has been hailed as “ a wizard of six string technique…” and “the best slide guitarist in Minnesota, with the notable exception of Leo Kottke.” He has opened or played with such greats as Willie Dixon, Albert King, Sonny Landreth, and The Hawaiian Slack Key Masters. Lee recently left the “road” after touring more than a year with Geno Delafose and French Rockin’ Boogie.
